This paper analyses the working principles of hybrid thermoelectric photovoltaic generators under negative illumination (also referred to as thermoradiative configuration). These kinds systems combine a cell (TR-PV cell) and generator (TEG), placed in thermal contact with each other. In this configuration, TR-PV part cools while irradiating toward cold sky. For reason, addition generation electrical output, can set difference temperature (ΔT) across TEG legs.
